Yifan (Flora) He is an environmental politics scholar and Assistant Professor at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She studies how land and natural resources are governed in Latin America, especially Bolivia and Brazil. Her current projects focus on the outcomes of land tenure institutions, the distributive politics of environmental enforcement, and the social consequences of environmental degradation. Her research has been published in Science, One Earth, World Development, and Global Environmental Change, among others.
