Holly L. Chapman

Holly L. Chapman is a civic science postdoctoral associate at the Baker Institute Center for Health and Biosciences and the Science and Technology Policy Program. She studies the neuroscience and behavior of addiction and teaches harm reduction techniques on drug overdoses to the public.
