Wei Zhang
Wei Zhang is a postdoctoral researcher of cardiovascular medicine at Yale University and a Public Voices fellow with The OpEd Project. She is a physician-scientist trained and licensed in surgery in China. She completed her PhD through joint research training programs in China and Japan. She is currently conducting postdoctoral research in cardiovascular tissue engineering at Yale University. Her research in the United States is supported by The Ines Mandl Research Foundation and American Heart Association Postdoctoral Fellowship.
