Mara Evans

Mara Evans, originally from Madison, Wisconsin, is an assistant professor of Midwifery and Women’s Health at Georgetown University’s Berkley School of Nursing. A Ripon College alum with training at Yale and Johns Hopkins and a Fellow of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, she researches sustainable, ethical, bidirectional solutions to maternal mortality and global midwifery education.
